Our centrally located clinic space is situated within ‘Downtown’s Premiere Fitness and Wellness Club’ - Evolve Strength. FREE PARKING is available above ground or in the heated underground parkade (see Directions & Map below for more details).

We offer payment through credit card online or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please see our rates listed below. We will provide a detailed receipt to make submitting to your insurance simple.

Carolyn received a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2008, both from the University of Alberta.

Carolyn has a special interest in treating shoulder injuries. Since 2013, she has been involved in multidisciplinary clinics, research and program development with orthopedic surgeons and physicians who specialize in shoulders.

Other areas of interest include sports injuries, pediatrics and post-surgical rehabilitation. In 2014, she completed her Intermediate Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), and has since completed her Level 5 Manual Therapy through the Orthopedic Division of the CPA. Carolyn has a certificate in Anatomical Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI). She has completed courses in K-taping, McGill Spinal Stabilization, Soft Tissue Release, Mulligan Technique and the Lyn Watson shoulder program. She is a clinical lecturer within the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Outside of the clinic, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active – often by running after her two young boys.

Ryan Williams graduated from the University of Alberta Department of Physical Therapy in 2004. He is a certified Sport Physiotherapist and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapy. He is also certified in dry needling and functional screening, assessment and corrections.

Ryan has served as the physical therapist for the Edmonton Oilers since 2011. In this role, he works closely with players both on and off the ice, supporting their performance and recovery. Beyond his work with the team, Ryan is committed to providing every patient with the same high level of care and attention he gives to elite athletes.
